I had an absolute 5-star experience with the team from start to finish 🌟. I switched over to them after a terrible experience elsewhere with Newcastle Medical Clinic, and the contrast showed me exactly what a high-quality, professional service should look like.
The entire dual assessment process for Autism and ADHD was incredibly well-structured. It began with an initial consultation, followed by 4 detailed evaluation sessions, multiple background questionnaires, and a convenient at-home QBcheck test. At the end, I received a thoroughly detailed and well-structured report. Throughout the whole process, the team was also incredibly fast to schedule appointments, quick to send everything over, and highly responsive to emails.
Most importantly, everyone was exceptionally polite, kind, and truly neurodiversity-affirming. I felt completely respected and didn’t feel judged even once throughout the entire process. A massive thank you to Diana, Clara, and especially Hugo for all of their hard work. It was a genuine pleasure going through this journey of discovery with them. Highly recommend! ❤️

We recently used the services of this company for one of our teenage children. We worked with one of their registered Psychologists - Jelena and found her to be extremely professional and thorough in conducting both online and in person assessments. She was understanding, patient,& approachable. She explained the process step by step and all tests were performed in a timely manner. My husband and I were very satisfied overall and in particular with the detailed evaluation report outlining all test results & conclusions. The overall cost was also very competitive, particularly for dual assessment. We would not hesitate in recommending Jelena and this company for any of your or children’s neurodevelopment evaluation needs.

Highly recommend Autism & ADHD circle, we had an assignment done recently for a family member, I found them very efficient, every step was explained very clearly. Jelena was very kind & accommodating with our appointment times and I was very impressed with how efficient the whole process was. We got the report very soon after the assessments were completed and it was explained in great detail. It was a very positive experience.

I highly recommend this clinic. I had Jelena and Im very happy with her service and approach. The communication between client and psychologist is top service, the respond to my question in between visits was almost immediate. If youre getting a diagnosis for yourself or your child and are stressed about it like me, she put me at ease, listened and had advice. Couldnt ask for a better psychologist approach.

Received my son's report - Jelena mixed up details from another patient. Fair enough, these things happen. I ask her to review and within 5 min she sends an updated report basically copying word by word his 2023 ASD report asking me am I happy with that. After telling her no, you just copied over wording from another report, she sends me wording for what she intends to use and if I am happy with that and puts it in a way that well if you are not happy, we can refund you. Absolutely diabolical.
